1.Do not pay before we agree on a time
•If you pay before we agree on a price or time of payment, it will be taken as a donation.2.Have the money ready.
•Unless it is for a quote, you must have the money ready if you are ordering a commission or purchasing an adopt from me.3.No holds under 30$
•Holds for characters/adoptables or commission 30$ and under will not be granted.4.Holds are no longer then 14 days
•If a payment hold is granted, note that you will have a maximum of 14 days/2 weeks to pay. In case of heavy payments exceeding 100$, we can possibly arrange something privately with a safe deposit.5.Refunds are only do able in certain circumstances
•I will not be issuing with refund because you changed you mind about something or not satisfied with the TAT(turn around time). You can pay extra to make your art top priority.6.I only accept USD.
•I only accept USD currency, meaning my prices are in USD. Paypal as an automatic conversion rate so do not worry about that.

1.My commissions are 16+ only.
• You cannot commission me if you are under the age of 16. I will not accept to sell or make commissions for anyone under the age of 16.2.18+ comms will get you ID'ed.
• Commissions that are suggestive, NSFW, represent substance use and such will get you ID'ed. If you cannot provide an ID with your birthdate on it, you will be declined.3.I can decline anyone my services.
•I have the right to decline anyone's offers and my services. I do not require to give you an explaination.4.I reserve all rights.
•I reserve all rights to my creations unless said otherwise. I do not allow redistribution, commercial purposes, referencing, tracing and free use of my artworks. Unless it was made for you or you have purchased it, you cannot use it. Commercial uses can be discussed with client. You must always credit me when showcasing my creations wether it's by a link or my full pseudonym which is Sleepy Vinca.5.I will cancel your commission if you ghost me.
•Your commission will be canceled after 14 days/2 weeks of no contact from you unless you state prior that you will be uncapable to do so.6.You can request go be removed from my blacklist.
•If you find yourself on my blacklist but would like to mend things, you can reach out throughout an alternative account and such to contact me about it.

1.You are not the owner if you haven't finished payment.
•Of a part of the payment is missing such as money, art or character, you do not own my creations. You cannot use my creations without fulfilling your part of payment at 100%.2.Do not resale my designs to blacklisted users.
•I do not allow anyone in my blacklist to own any characters who have been designed by me. I cannot reclaim any characters if payment as be fully made, but you could end up being on my blacklist by not respecting my boundaries.3.Bought for a price, sell for the same.
•You cannot resell a character you have purchased from me highter then what you bought it for. At the exception if there is additional pieces added to said character.4.No contact after a week will get the characters back up for sale.
•If you ghost me for a week without warning regarding a character purchase, it will be put back for sale. I will be using the art completed, if any, and refund the money, if any, during these cases.
